Carla Cathleen Glowacki

Carla Cathleen Glowacki, 64, of Hartford passed away Monday, Aug. 15, 2022, at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo, Mich.

Carla was born March 21, 1958, in Benton Harbor the daughter of Donna Craft, whom precedes her in passing. Also preceding her in passing were many aunts and uncles, and one special grandmother.

Carla was a very talented artist that was gifted by God. She was owner and operator of Carla’s Crafty Gifts and Taste of Elegance Cakes by Carla. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, fur babies, and being surrounded by all of her precious moments statues and special baby dolls. She was a very special person that was loved dearly and will be missed greatly.

Carla married Steven Glowacki on July 14, 1990, and he survives, along with a daughter, Jennifer (Edward Jr.) Baham of Hartford; a son, William (Jessica) Freemyer of Watervliet; a grandson whom she raised, Dalton Freemyer of Hartford; four grandsons: Damian Freemyer, Tristan Freemyer, Cameron Freemyer and Anthony Freemyer; three granddaughters: Alyssa Freemyer, Chelsea Shelton and Macey Heffington; four great-grandchildren; and multiple ‘fur babies’.

As per Carla’s wishes, cremation will take place, and no public services will be held. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements. Those wishing to leave condolences for the family may do so at http://www.calvin-leonardfh.com.
