Peter Aaron Thomas

Peter Aaron Thomas was born Nov. 28, 1961, to John H. Thomas and F. Ruth Thomas. He passed away Monday, July 3, 2017, at his home in Watervliet Township.

He was a graduate of Lawrence High School and Beulah Heights Bible College. He served as a Chaplains Assistant first in the Army National Guard, then on active duty. He served in Germany during Desert Storm.

Peter is survived by John N. Thomas, Heidi M. Alexander, Rebekah R. Williams, James E. Thomas, their spouses and children, in addition to extended family.

Peter will be interred at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta, Mich., at noon Monday, July 10 with military honors. A memorial service will follow at Central Assembly of God, 6801 Ryno Road in Coloma at 3 p.m. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements.
