Patricia Diane Rasmus

Patricia Diane (Trish) Rasmus, 60, passed away at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, after losing her battle with cancer.

Mrs. Rasmus was born in Benton Harbor, on March 17, 1959, to Velma and Walter (Ed) Milliken. She attended Hartford High School and spent the majority of her life living in Hartford. She lived life to the fullest and loved spending time with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Velma Ruth Milliken, and her father, Walter Edward Milliken.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Rasmus, and her children: Michael (Jenny) Parker, Bradley (Kimberly) Parker, Jeremy (Janell) Parker and George (Myra) Rasmus; five grandsons: Evan Parker, Ian Parker, Wyatt Parker, Jayden Rasmus and Jayce Rasmus; one granddaughter, Jaylyn Rasmus; sister, Leisa Milliken, and brothers: Rick, David and Jeff Milliken, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will take place with visitation, Tuesday, May 21, at Calvin Funeral Home at 8 E. Main St., Hartford, from 5-8, with family receiving friends from 6-8 pm. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at Calvin Funeral Home with interment at North Shore Memory Gardens, 5027 M-63, Coloma. Arrangements entrusted to Calvin Funeral Home.
