Louis Aguinaga

Louis Aguinaga, 63, of Watervliet passed away suddenly Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at his home.

Louis was born Dec. 30, 1949, in Detroit. He worked for 30 years at Kit Molters' Farm. He loved raising animals, planting in his garden and, most importantly, spending time with his family, especially his daughter and grandchildren.

He was preceded in passing by his parents. He is survived by his wife, the former Betty Brown; a daughter, Jennifer, and son-in-law, Hector Vazquez, of Watervliet; and four grandchildren: Isabel, Hector Jr., Mateo and Mya Vazquez.

The family will welcome friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at Keeler General Baptist Church, of which he was a member, where the service to honor his memory will commence at 7 p.m. Pastor Efrain Maya will officiate. Following the service, cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Louis' name may be made to the family.
