Kenneth John Meyers, of Bloomingdale, peacefully passed away on April 28, 2026, at his home.
He was born on Dec. 16, 1950, in South Haven. Ken grew up in Bangor, and has lived the past 30 years in Bloomingdale.
Ken retired from Mann Metal Finishing in Hartford. He loved Elvis and had all his movies and several CD's. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and tinkering around the house.
Ken is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Daniel) Walantyn of South Haven; a son, Michael of Kalamazoo; a brother, Bruce Meyers of Paw Paw; two sisters, Diane (David) Hyde of Bloomingdale and Sue Graham of Campbellsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by five grandsons: Benjamin Walantyn of Bangor, Casey Walantyn of Bangor, Thomas Walantyn of Covert, Quentin Walantyn of Bangor and Charles Walantyn of Lansing; one granddaughter, Jennica of South Haven; three great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Virginia Perry and Milford Meyers; step-father, Gordon Perry; and two brothers, Dale and Milford (Skip) Meyers.
He had a big smile and a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all.
