Gregory Lawrence Brady

Gregory Lawrence Brady, 74, of Hartford was born Feb. 27, 1951, in Grand Rapids, Mich., the son of Richard and Aneta (Allers) Brady.


Gregory passed away suddenly on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, at his home.


Gregory served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was formerly employed at Klett Construction.


Gregory was a husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, whom he married just three days before his passing. He is also survived by six children: Robert Brady, Marie (Brian) Daisy, Stephanie (Dustin) Dixon, Jessie (Jessica) Brady, Jennifer Brady and Justin (Kim) Brady, many grand and great-grandchildren and three siblings: Lori Darnell, Steve (Dawn) Brady and Janette Ashley, along with numerous other family members and friends.


Gregory was preceded in passing by his parents; a great-grandson, Matthew Brown and a sister, Kathryn Bauer.


Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at Calvin Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of life service. Pastor John Fitzgerald of the Bangor Family Gospel Chapel will officiate.
