Clifford James Miller

Clifford James "Pops" Miller was born on Aug. 24, 1960, in Arkansas, N. H., the son of Ray and Alma (Lee) Miller. He passed away at the age of 58 on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, at his home in North Judson, Ind.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 6-8 p.m. at the Calvin Funeral Home in Hartford. A celebration of life service to honor Clifford's life will commence at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at the funeral home, with Pastor Lonnie Truelove officiating. Clifford will be laid to rest in Maple Hill Cemetery Hartford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. Clifford married the former Gail Lewis on March 12, 2015. He was formerly employed at Bway Corporation of Valparaiso, Ind., and Dawson Manufacturing of Benton Harbor. He enjoyed playing pool, mushroom hunting, watching nature shows and especially all kinds of scary movies.

Clifford is survived by his wife, Gail; a son, Jamie Miller of Watervliet; three step-children, Lindsey Williams of Dowagiac, Jordon Williams of Benton Harbor and Hailey Lewis of North Judson, Ind. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Ava and Abby; his mother, Alma Miller of Coeburn, Va.; and a sister, Carol Holly of Benton Harbor.

Clifford was preceded in passing by his father and a brother, John Hazen.
