Cammy Michelle Smith

Cammy M. Smith, 66, of Watervliet died on Dec. 30, 2025. She was born in Norfolk, Va., on Aug. 8, 1959.

Cammy graduated from Coloma High School and later attended Ivy Tech Community College where she became nationally certified through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, leading to her career as a pharmacy technician for Osco Drug and Walmart Pharmacy in Benton Harbor.

Cammy never passed a Goodwill that she wouldn't stop at, a rummage sale she couldn't pass up, and a bingo hall she couldn't win at. She had a love for many things including STRONG tea, her dogs, Jake and Gracie, having her hair done, and eating at Hacienda.

Cammy is survived by her son, Nicholas Smith; grandson she raised from year one, Chase Smith; brother, Gerald Price; niece, April Montgomery; daughter-in-law, Tara Barnwell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cammy was preceded in death by her mom, Marybeth Price; dad, Gerald Price; and sister, Darlynn Price.

As per Cammy's wishes, cremation has taken place and private services will be at a later date. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements. Those wishing to leave condolences for the family may do so at http://www.calvin-leonardfh.com.
