Blanca Graciela Arellano

Blanca Graciela Arellano, 42, of Hartford passed away Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026, at Corewell Health Lakeland, St. Joseph.

Blanca was born June 15, 1983, in San Juan, Tex., the daughter of Ismael and Juanita (Mata) Castillo. She dedicated her life to her family, being a stay-at-home mother for her eight children.

Blanca is survived by her husband, Jaime Sr.; eight sons: Jaime Jr., Juan, Justin, Jeremiah, Jason, Lorenzo, Jerardo, and Jacinto; her parents; nine siblings: Crystal, Ismael, Maricela, Alejandro, Karina, Nicolas, Fabiola, Avelardo, and Nayeli; four grandchildren: Renesmee, Milan, Azulina, and Alaneya; in-laws, Florencio and Maria D. Arellano; and many other family members.

The family will welcome friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., on Wednesday, January 21, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Hartford, where a mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m., with Father Jacob Thomas as celebrant. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hartford. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements.
