Bertram Theodore Jones

Bertram Theodore Jones, 67, of Hartford passed away Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.

Bertram was born Nov. 5, 1948, in Washington, D.C., the son of William and Esther (Hill) Jones, both of whom preceded him in passing. He was also preceded in passing by two sisters, Sandra Avery and Aleathia Long; and three brothers: Gilbert, James and Weldon Jones.

Bertram is survived by his three daughters: Chanda Jones, Kizzy Jones-Lopez and Chelsea Jones; two grandchildren, Tyrell Jones-Lopez and Amaya Jones-Lopez; and two siblings, twin brother Vernon Oliver Jones and youngest sister, Diedre Jones.

Per Bertram's wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no public services. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements. Those wishing to leave memorial condolences for the family may do so at http://www.calvin-leonardfh.com.
