Arthur Van Fulpen Jr., passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at his home in Portage. Arthur was born on Sept. 9, 1931 in Kalamazoo. He married the former Barbara Bradeen, who survives, along with their children and families. Arthur was employed at Allied Paper Corporation for over 40 years.
