Adam Lee Hess

Adam Lee Hess was born May 27, 1994, in South Haven, the son of Paul Hess Jr., and Dana Daniel.

Adam passed away at the age of 23 on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at Lakeland Hospital, Watervliet as the result of an automobile accident.

Adam is survived by his parents; his fiance, Natalle Light; a daughter,: RayLynn LeeAnn Hess both of Hartford; a sister, Linda Hess of Paw Paw; a brother, Bill Hess of Toccoa, Ga.; two nieces: Dixie Hess and Trinady Hess both of South Haven, and his beloved dog: Chevrolet Silverado Hess (Chevy).

Adam was preceded in passing by his grandparents: Kathleen Killingsworth, Johnny Daniel, and Paul and Linda Hess.

Adam was employed at The Pier Guy in Sister Lakes. He was a huge race fan, especially going to the races at the Hartford Speedway. Adam was an avid fisherman, hunter and everything else outdoors. He loved spending time with family, friends, and playing with his dog.

A memorial celebration of Adam's life will commence at 1 p.m. Wednesday May 9, at The Church Keeler, 63627 Territorial Road, Hartford. Pastor Jesse Maya will officiate. There will be a pot-luck gathering following the service at the home of RayLynn’s Godparents, 39079 78th St., Covert. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for his daughter RayLynn. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements.
